Chief Operating Officer
As the COO of Vida, you will be tasked with communicating the responsibilities of each team member within the company. This includes scheduling for all staff. You will also routinely analyze changes that could be made within daily operations to increase productivity. a key part of this job will be identifying areas of product improvement that could be made in order to bring more customers into the shop.
Director of Human Resources
As the Director of HR at Vida, you will assist in hiring employees during startup. As you will deal mainly with our employees, you will also create methods to reduce turnover within Vida and create a safe, fun, working environment. Lastly, you will identify employees that are bringing Vida down and eliminate them from operations.
